The pitch competition is open to women-led tech and consumer startups that meet the following criteria:
- U.S.-based entity
- Provides software, consumer, or hardware product(s) or is a tech-enabled service. Retail or service businesses that are not powered by proprietary software do no qualify.
- Has at least one co-founder who is female or identifies as female with at least a 10% stake in the company.
- Has received less than $20,000 in equity investment from an angel or venture capital investor. (Grants and loans are not included in this limit)
